Resistance Management
There are 2 parts to this:
- resistance prevention (planning for, addressing or eliminating resistance by building awareness and readiness for the change)
- resistance response (developing effective responses when resistance becomes enduring or persistent)

The first tactic, ie listen and understand the objections, is pivotal for managing resistance; the other tactics are not as important; be consistent in your communication.
Mindset changes
Changing mindsets is one of the hardest activities required in change; need to show the benefits in a real and tangible way. Sometimes people will not change their mindsets; if this happens, changes in staff need to happen..
