Based on research by Procsi (2023), it was found that organisation's top 6 expected change challenges were:
i) technology and digital transformation
ii) regulatory changes and compliance
iii) environmental sustainability and climate change
iv) talent retention and turnover
v) culture and organisational change
vi) customer expectations.
