Technique 6.42 Force Connections

Introduction

This technique involve bringing together ideas that serve very different needs, purposes, interests, etc to form a new concept. Some examples include Swiss Army knife, the Apple watch, smart phones, sofa beds, etc.

Process

Bring in a bag of random items or draw up lists of unrelated items.
