A sustainability issues checklist enables organisations to assess or plan their sustainability strategies.

Answering ‘Yes or No’; this highlight areas that you are working on effectively (‘Yes’ answers) and/or those which need improvement (‘No’ answers); include comments as required to explain your answer.
