Staying relevant requires constant recalibration. It means reflecting honestly on your own habits and asking uncomfortable questions, such as:

  • When was the last time you did something that truly challenged you?
  • Are you giving and receiving honest feedback or just going through the motions?
  • What are you tolerating that you once would have challenged?
  •  What drives complacency in you? Is it fear of failure, fear of success or fear of discomfort?
